66!
Hey, wow, i just realized that this coming friday, it will be exactly eight weeks til I leave for UK - Manchester to be exacto and stuff! yeah! It will all be so new and exciting. I mean, I'll kinda be going from a heat wave to a snow bank (OK ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
internet_king I'm exaggerating slightly. :) nah honestly I hate the cold so the less it snows the better! :)
So, 66 to UK! 8 weeks and four days!
27 days til chrissy! .. three weeks and six days!
yeah! Statistics are good! Lol
Well today I didn't do a lot. had planned to go into BCA but, nope didn't end up doing that. I got up at 10.30 again as I was awake earlier. Listened to the rest of the RVIB orral History (which is the most awesome and touching thing I've ever heard, and the people who put it together need to be congratulated big time!) .. i am kinda caught. Though it was very rough for everyone back in those days preceeding the turn of the century, it some ways, it does seem life was a lot easier, (things weren't sooo damn expensive). Kids amused themselves by playing with others. now the puters have taken over. And boy that St. Kielda Rd building had a lot of history! I did always know that, but I didn't realize that it started in the 18 hundreds. .. I also didn't realize that RVIB school in Burwood was only opened 19 years before I was born! .. and all through the years right up until two small years before I was born, it was frowned upon if girls and boys interacted together! woh it's so close! it made me think of how RVIB had asked my parents if they had wanted to board me there as we lived in Sumbery. but my parents moved as they didn't want to do that. In a way it would have been interesting but in another it would probably make me kinda unhappy; I dunno!
so yeah was awake then went back to sleep, got up, mucked around, watched TV, slept again while I was meant to be listening to DVS Ray :) and now I'm here. But tomorrow I have Psych, Wednesday got that interview at CAE, Thursday Nan and I are gunna meet in the city and have lunch at tADIS and I'm going to find out what's going on about my supposed volunteering there.
Oh, and I forgot to mention saturday I was pretty upset. I called me to say goodbye as she and her ex broke up so she is going back to Israil tomorrow. I felt sooo bad for not keeping in touch enough. but I got her email address so we'll definitely keep in touch! She was soo upset. She was settling in here and about to try and apply for a working visa. but ah well! That just made me feel really bad!
Well me off now and stuff.
I hardly spoke to anyone on line today. only ppl I did speak to for a brief minute was on the zone Lol! just kinda did me own thing today.
