insomnia strikes again
So I've been up for several minutes on the computer as I’d been tossing and turning for ages, just can't get to sleep. It's been this way for a few nights running now though I haven't actually got up until this time. -- I just hope this is not a repeat six-month stint of several years ago. My LJ will recall I was writing pretty frequently in here of a night/early morning for a long while back then.
I guess my iron levels and vitamin D may finally be getting back to normal; at least that was the vague answer I got when I called up about my blood results. It was weird; she said I was still anaemic yet my levels were almost right. So I have no longer been taking my iron tablets; seems to me as if I should be stopping my vitamin D as well. Maybe it's also too much caffeine in the tea I've been having lately. :( I just hate it cos I know I'll be tired later as per my usual insomniac-tradition and I organized to do lunch at the pancake parlour later with the awesome
salix_03.
So I have just read the new entries on my friends page, and now I guess I'll go lay down and listen to some audio to try and relax me a little.
There's no racing thoughts (relating to my day) there or anything; it must definitely be either too much caffeine or now, too much vitamin D (whoever thought I'd say that.)
Relax, relax, please relax and go to sleep Rachel.
