update to checklist
Nan brought over the wool,
ah she did find the u.K converter; just in my fruit basket (of all places :) I knew it wasn't far away.
Just went over to get the confectionary and sunscreen though it's a presurized can which can't be in the suitcase for flying. but then, I don't think we're allowed to even take liquids in our hand luggage now, but i will clarify all that at the airport.
Misplaced my iriver charger temporarily but found that under crap; off to charge it now since my phone has probably finished.
waiting to hear from J about cabbing together tonight.

I am just writing to wish you to have a safe journey. May your holiday in the UK be a great one for you.
Hope you can update us all on the live journal when you have some free time.
Anyway have a ball and I will phone you when you are back in Australia and will organise to catch up with you.
