last weekend??
well it's Tuesday and today is the only time I have had enough energy to write here. I have been sooo tired!
Despite me sleeping in til 10 yesterday I was still sooo sooo tired all yesterday. But I think finally sleep has caught up to me.
I have been suffering a bit from ensomnia lately. Anyway, I will run through last weekend here:
Friday I did some of my SAC (yes still terrible cheat there but no more). And mum And A came over and came with me to the airport. We did the checking in thing of course, then we had hungry Jacks before going to the loundge to wait. A lady came to get me and took me on the plane.
A had given me a head set so I basically listened to the Qradio. I couldn't seem to find a station that I was happy with, so I was flicking around the whole time between good songs.
Anyway it took a while to land because there was only one runway operating or something. Yeah so eventually it landed and everyone got off. The hostess then came to get me and walked with me off the plane. was greeted by a ground staff member who walked with me to the cab rank and made sure I got in a cab, etc. They're all sooo lovely and helpful it amazed me!
Anyway we went to S' uni where he got in and continued on to his house.
The cab driver was very strange. he hardly spoke to me, yet when S got in he wouldn't shut up - about stupid stuff too.
Basically he didn't hear me saying we would be continuing, (even though he seemed to have acknolledged it) so S was wondering why he was taking the cases out, etc. Then he proceeded to say "bloody women" but he was doing his marcho joky thing really. Then he started going on about how Melbournians always put it over them. anyway .. when we got to s' house, he tried to overcharge us but that's OK, it all got sorted.
That night I stayed home while s and his dad went to get J and K. I basically had dinner and chatted to S's mum and watched a bit of tV then went on msn.
anyway they got back so late! It was cool to meet K for the first time.
We went to bed eventually after birthday cake, etc. I didn't sleep much that night mainly cos my ears were still crapping on.
Then saturday morning was pretty slow and relaxed. Got ready slowly. I became very ajitated and wasn't talking much to anyone. I went on msn in the afo. i was being very snobby but yeah. apart from everything else, I was very very tired from having not slept the night before and previously - just all caught up to me.
Anyway that night was different! I all of a sudden got into this real high and was singing and keeping in time with the music on the glasses; it was sooo awesome! hadn't had that much fun in simply ages! i was also dancing with people!
It was just fantastic! We all had the bestest fun!
When it finished we went back and I went straight to bed about 2 in the morning, but the others stayed up!
Sunday I was the first to get up to have my shower. I started packing because my flight was at 11.30. A few hangovers were around the place but not me as I don't drink. I did try stuff again, but didn't like anything as usual.
We all had breakfast then s came with me to the airport. After our cheery goodbyes I was taken on to the plane.
I couldn't find the buttons for the headset. also I was skipped over when handed out morning refreshments. but think it was because I was in the middle and the hostess couldn't communicate with me without leaning over people so "it must be far better to pretend she doesn't exist" *sigh* that's how I felt at the time anyway. I started feeling sorry for myself and all annoyed! So as the hostess was taking me off the plane in Melbourne I told her and she says "oh, sorry about that. would you like to take something with you now?" I thought that was rather nice, but i said no it's cool. But later on mum said I should have asked "can I have a free trip"? Lol
man i so should have.
why didn't I think of that?? or I could have asked for some chocolates.
anyway, mum dad and I went to that really nice italian restaurant in Ringwood for lunch then they dropped me back here.
So that was my weekend in a nutshell. Despite a few conflicts, i really really enjoyed myself! It was wonderful!
