wohooo!
I think I'm on my new 1.5 M broadband plan already! :) I was downloading my ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
caitlin45's phone post before, and instead of it peaking at 27 to 30 M it was up at 102, 103 wohoo! :)
Now I can have better ventrilo on those damn higher sample rate servers. Lol and ya know .. like, wow! like yeah?! :)
it's good though cos I'm still paying exactly the same amount I was before. I have a 20 G a month download limit (which I probably won't use) but if I do it will only throttle back to 64 K so that's not bad! now I am on the same wave as the optus cable users in that regard, yeah to that! it's about time I feel someone else's pain I guess Lol haha!

im thinking about switching from dialup when i get back to Australia.
however, i think its absolute bullshit that there are download limits on high speed internet...... here, we are on cable with NO restrictions at alll. its great.
