1. How many places have you lived in your life? Um, five!
2. Which was your favorite and why and what street was it on? Probably the current one in Main street because I've learnt heaps and gained so much confidence for the rest of my life living alone here! :)
3. If you could live anywhere for the rest of your life, where would it be? not sure. I did fall in love with U.K. though. but despite this obviously, I'd definitely like to live somewhere warmer than here like QLD :) I'd love to live near the beach too!
4. What would your ideal home have in it? all my comforts really (like now I guess! :)
5. Can you describe your current crib? What? current crib? like a bed? um, only bed I've had since I've been out the cot, seriously!
In other news I did end up going to the zoo Thursday. Heartly went back to parents. ang picked her up after school. I'd minded Ruby that Wednesday morning and all she was doing was whinging! apparently Ang had tried leaving her in the bathroom the night before and it still didn't work.
anyway I called up that morning to see if I could possibly go to zoo but it was going to be difficult but she'd call back if there was a counsellation which there was in the end!
Chris came over that day then C as well and we ended up going to Mackers for a kinda late lunch early tea. then Chris left and I played C the RVIB History - well a couple of the tapes anyway.
anyway to Thursday:
I just feel sooo unco with a cane now; it's damn terrible! I literally feel like all eyes are on me and I can't walk properly! anyway I was talking to this nice lady at the station. She was originally from U.K. and we were talking about all that (of course how I was there :) she was in Melbourne with her daughter as they live in adelaide. Anyway I don't usually talk to people like that so it was good! anyway met A, M A and![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
k29 at Flinders and met everyone else. Saw Carema again so this time we got each others contacts to stay in touch! (we were always going to stay in touch but as i told her, I promptly forgot her email address when she gave it to me on the last day of us volunteering together :) anyway, we all went to Royalpark station and found out how close it was to the zoo!
anyway I kinda walked with different people around the place. First we stopped off at the Japanese gardens for morning tea.
Then we had a bit of a tour, walked around, catching sites of vegie gardens, clumps of strong bamboo, tigers, elephants, etc. then we got shown an elephants tooth (we felt this). it was huuuge! It's amazing to hear how they grow and fall out!
then we had lunch. After this, I mannaged to stick with K, M and A :) and we went to the learning centre where we got to feel lepard and tiger skins, as well as hold a live snake, lizzard and some of us fed the caged monkeys with live worms. (we were amazed at the soft hands that touched ours as their owners came down to grab the worm out of our fingers :)
after this, we went to the butterfly house where none landed on me whatsoever! :) After this we started back to station. A, M K and I got out at Melbourne central and went on our different trains.
so twas a great day! I remarked I hadn't been to the zoo since I was about 13, 14! and also if we blindies want to go by ourselves, there are volunteer tour guides who can meet us, even at the station if we wish!
then Friday C came over again and we bought lunch at bakery and listened to a bit more of RVIB (still didn't get it all finished :) then Nan came over for the night and went home yesterday.
We minded Ruby Friday night again, and man was she crazy! at one stage I passed her to Nan and she yelped extremely loudly and bit my finger soo very hard! it was as if she got hurt somehow. then outside she slipped under the gate and when Nan tried to pick her up she yelped and ran back to me. We didn't know what the heck was up with her. she's still sooo cute though! Ang picked her up about 12.45.
and tonight is the fourth eviction. tonight is apparently an "australian first" on ten, so we're all getting curious about that one! A few ppl think it's that a few will be taken to the U.K. BB, though we have previously had U.K. HMs enter our BB house, so who knows! all will be revealed soon I guess! Lol
