my sore spot

it's weird!
for years now (maybe since about year 10 - 96 I have noticed that when-ever I am stressed out and/or uptight, a little part of my left arm (near my wrist) started hurting. think it's one of my veins/artteries. it must be something to do with my blood pressure. but it only affects that one particular spot. how weird!
I am experiencing that saw spot now. why?? I am kinda annoyed, stressed, mm confused, jealous, uuuuh gosh!
it's funny. sometimes I am so busy with other things that I don't realize I am really upset until the spot on my arm starts hurting.
anyway just had to share that.

Yeah, I know what you mean... my lower left eyelid muscles start spasming when I get nervous, and I get tendonitis in my left wrist after using it too much. It's the only thing that makes me stop and realize I'm too stressed out and need to take a break. Pretty damn annoying, though.
