updated bio
I just updated my bio (as it has a bit of old info in there, or more info that changed slightly) and I added a whole new section on .. how shall we say? .. me and my perceptions of .. the world? hmm Lol
I may have a funny way of showing it sometimes, (as I've been so horrible with keeping in touch with some people this year), but everyone on my LJ page is there for a reason. I currently don't have anyone on there who I haven't connected with in some positive way.
When I first started using LJ, I use to enjoy LJ surfing and would add heaps of people basically cos I wanted my friends list to look huge! .. Lol - everyone is like that when they are introduced to something new - I use to be like that with msn. But the good thing to come out of that is, some people have stuck around and really become good friends.
while I don't talk to some people on here a lot, I wish that it can change. I may get miranda again (which will enable me to talk to people on all four messengers not just msn, but last time i used it, I didn't like it much. still it might be alright with the jaws scripts (that I didn't know were available before.)
So, in short, I love each person on my LJ list. And lately, there's been a couple of ex-LJ listers who have gone out of their way to do the wrong thing by me, but again, I say, you will get what's coming. and same goes to others not from LJ.
With that all said, I close that negative part of my life. I graciously move on from former friends. I've got no time for them. this year has been hard enough for me.
I look forward to new things and new friends.
In other news, I keep forgetting to mention in here, that while the unit ajoining mine, (number 5) has been empty for quite a few months now, I've very much enjoyed the quiet. but .. for the past, .. probably month or so, there's been people coming in and out, and tradesmen working, hammering (as I can hear at the moment.) Apparently it's a Chinese couple and occasionally I think, their grandkids will come and run a muck here. They're cute though. a couple of weekends ago, one ran up my steps and shouted "she's blind" Lol hmm! .. good old Mary must have told them those little bit of words of wisdom.
Well, it's a nice day today. tonight am off to parents for tea. tomorrow got the VTAC session, Thursday going to GDV to shoot and friday Wise. Weekend will be nice weather again - 22, and J will be interviewed by me Monday, :) S has dropped out. the poor girl overworks herself.
