it's me Heartly
Dear LJ,
It's me Heartly. haven't highjacked this thing in years but Mum is out in the lounge watching neighbours, or, is it futureama now? gosh this bad spelling is contagious. anyway just wanted to vent in here while I had the chance. I'm buggered! Mum always growls at me when I'm right and she's wrong! It gets old! *sad face*.
This afternoon she decided to get out the house. we went all the way into the city, went all the way back out to Syndil and stopped at this new swiss bakery of hers so she could get some Melting moments. anyway she expected me to be able to find it when I've only ever been there once! damn, I may have a good memory but not that good! anyway, whatever! some lady had to help us find it cos we went past it? How was I to know that it was meant to be a bakery? the door was shut; I couldn't smell anything!
anyway on our way bac, Mum got all tensed up because the paths were wide so when I tried to veer her around from the wider part to the narrower one, I think she thought we were going to go on the road or I had thought we were meant to cross Blackburn road there, so she kept on saying "no" to me (as if I'm stupid) and kept on dragging me back. so course I took her the same way so we had to turn around again! mind you, it was 31 degrese today! anyway, after a while of walking around like idiots she figured I was right and on we went to cross at the correct curb. as soon as we got to the bus stop the bus came which was good. Maybe all that un-necessary walking filled in a bit of time afterall. anyway on the bus, Mum felt really guilty and was patting me with her pathetic "sorry Heartly, so sorry. you were right once again, I was wrong!" .. yes, of course I was right, who do ya think I am?
I love Mum really but sometimes she drives me mad! Oh she's coming.
til next time, (goodness knows when that will be,) Miss Heartly

I'll see if I can't put a bug in Mum's ear for a special treat for you. :)
Pats from,
Shazza and the two girls, who would just love you I am sure!

untrusting Mums
I so can sympathise with you! Mum is usually pretty good at trusting me, but there are times she does what your Mum does, and like you, I'm always right. Don't worry, they always make it up to us in the end don't they, even if it's just a cuddle and not a treat or three!
Wags, and see you at Christmas time!
Molly.
