Look at Moiye!

Lol i just added [livejournal.com profile] lookatmoiye to me LJ. Lol I discovered it a few days ago actually while, funnily enough, doing an LJ interest search on Kath and Kim! :) yeah!
Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a community for Mother and son; maybe I need to create one?? yep! but anyway! I have been watching/listening to these two shows obsessively over the past couple of months! even course taking them both with me to Rye on me good old iriver! I can't wait for more Kath and Kimmy! :)
Just went to parents for a BBQ along with Nan. Dad printed out my irregular offer form form me and filled it out. since our fax machine aint workin, he'll do it Monday. thanks Dad!
Next door has been having austraia day celebrations all day!
Forgot to mention, i am giving blood next thursday. so Nan is going to show me where the ringwood one is tomorrow. As I signed up ages ago, (which was the direct result of becoming aquainted with the awesome [livejournal.com profile] catdraco by the way), I was called by a marketter about a week ago after having forgotten to get back to them after my original convo concerning what tablets I'm on and whether it's OK.
I just hope, I don't faint this time like I almost did last time only after they pricked my finger; that was meant to be the easy part. ah well, here's hoping! then I can find out my blood type once and for all! :)
til next time, RdFreak

fainting while giving blood

Rachel, ask the donor folks if you can take a bottle or glass of juice into the donation area with you. When you're in the chair ready to start, start drinking the juice. The blood folks don't like it much, but if you're on the fainty side, as is "The Man", this should make you able to withstand it. Tell them you are prone to fainting and ask for juice. It works for him, it's worth a try for you.
Hugs,
Shazz
