90 kilos? how?

So on "THE BIGGEST LOSER" tonight, six past contestents had a chance to return to be with the remaining four contestents, and the challenge, was indeed one, I can't even comprehend.
The six of them were instructed to stand on boxes in a semi-circle with a barbell on each shoulder, (come to think of it, I'm pretty sure it was never said, what the weight of these were). so they were holding one of these on each of their shoulders. and they each went around, for three rounds of about, maybe .. ten turns, to nominate someone else in the group. then that person would recieve ten more kilos of weight (a five kilo plate each on top of the current barbell on each shoulder). the people that over-ballenced, buckled or just couldn't stand it any more, were out of the competition.
Yes it was cozzie who ended up carrying 90 kilos, and he didn't bucle at all.
Sean was also targetted a lot. Most of these past contestents worked on strategy - who was, and would be, the biggest threat!
Some people were numb; they ached, everything! -- I can't see how that can be healthy really. but then, i don't quite understand how a lot of these challenges can do them better than evil!
There were a few that just buckled under the weight, so were out; also a few who had to ask for the weights to be taken away cos they couldn't cope another second!
As I say, i just can't comprehend that 90 kilos! - that's like nearly double my body weight.
I do admire these people though! I could not do it in a million years, - probably not even carry ten kilos, let alone 90!
Considering I almost had another fainting spell at safeway today, I'm thinking, they're brave enough, just to stand there.
I am pretty sure I'm low in iron again. but perhaps not only that, it may be a tad Psychological. ever since my first fainting spell, I am always thinking about it when I'm standing put. - grrr anyway, am starting to take the iron again, and may have to get a blood test to see if all is OK elsewhere?!
I did buy up a sstorm today; always love to look after my guests!
til next time, RdFreak
