Hey, Foot Sniffer here. i like that writing, Rachel. It is well-written and makes a lot of good points. I have experienced some of the unpleasanteries to which you allude. Right now my workplace is filled with students who won't speak to me. Then again they won't even answer a good morning from my sighted friend, so maybe they feel that they are too good to speak to common folks! Take care.
