80!
Well today we say goodbye to the 80's, yeahyeah!
Well today was a very interesting one. i guess I appreciated spending more time away from the puter, (it's sad that I've got like that. but lately I have depended on the net far too much whether it be to procrastinate, and/or just depress myself with it). I will be better next year and nuckle down to my diploma. cos for once it's a subject I chose cos I'm interested in it, so I will work hard to get good results. of course, being a writing subject, it will still involve being at the puter, but hopefully by then I'll be able to get meself either a pacmate or m-power and a wireless connection. then I could work outside when I'm home, and plug in at school.
Anyway since I was awake at about 5.30 til 6.30, I seemed to dose again til about 10 this morning. got up, got on here and went into VT Quay with the gang while sharing snide remarks with D on msn, plus chattting nicely to a few others. Oh then ang called to talk a bit about her presentation I'll be involved in Thursday.
Then I kinda went outside and ran Heartly around for a bit, watched TV, spent a lot of time on the zone. and found that I enjoyed my time on msn when I wasn't just there constantly.
then I watched Neighbours, Temptation (where I registered for the celeb home viewer thing, twice via sms) then I watched superNanny for the first time. I should have watched it from the start. it's quite inspiring actually.
Catching Shel and Curt wednesday, probably Leigh next week and finally Tara. She has one more exam to go she just tells me! .. so a bit to keep myself busy. tis always good :)
I am trying to look forward, and atm I seem pretty content.
I have really met so many kinndered spirits on the Net lately. really shows me that online friendships can be just as special. though course i'd literally go nutty without my friends I can interact with here in Melbourne.
Less than a fortnight til december and summer! :) .. Less than three months til I'll be in winter again! .. living in amongst snow will be a very new experience for me, and maybe exciting, but cold!
My LJ friends list is getting very huge again. tomorrow I'll be doing another evaluation I think. I kinda feel bad, but some people I don't talk too. And others still just do memes only.
I just cut FJ since we've never really spoken plus he doesn't update. tomorrow I will go through and see if I should cut anyone. For the most part, despite a couple of meme freaks, I love reading all the journals. cos they all offer me something, and that's what sharing the journal is all about me thinks. I share mine, you share yours and hopefully we can learn something.
I'm pretty happy with my friends I've got. I have unnecessarily lost a couple of them this year, but I've realized it's for the best, especially if people start believing me to be someone that I'm not.
But with that there's always people I rekindel with and that's a good thing to do in the end!
I know some people don't seem happy with who I am and think I'm very immature, but that no longer worries me. There is always going to be someone that doesn't like you. You can't please everybody. And I am always growing and changing; most of the time, for the better. At the moment I'm proud of who I am and I'm not going to have anyone try to change me and/or try to tell me I'm not being reasonable. I try my best and that's all I can do.
(woh I honestly didn't expect this exact train of thought to take over this entry but I guess it did and that's OK cos journals are all about streams of consciousness, really. well mine is mostly.
anyway with that, I'm kinda tired, so I will go and inform all my current talking MSN buds and listen to me friends page with good old eloquence in bed.

So glad you are happier and sounding more cheerful on your LJ. Just thought I'd say hello considering I can't get through to you on the phone or msn as you must be out and about. I am at home eating lindt chocolate and drinking earl grey. YUM.
