70! :)
time to say goodbye to the 70's for good! -- well as far as my UK countdown is concerned anyway! .. I mean whether there'll ever exist a number 70 as far as any future countdown might go is not totally impossible, so I will not rule it out, but yeah, as far as this countdown goes, they're gone as of 12 AM (three hours and fourteen minutes actually :) oh dear!
cicadas are active again and it's just a typical summers evening! Lol
Well missed out on bigBro this year but don't care as I wouldn't of had a chance anyway because they only want people who can see 20/20 (whatever that technically means) out of one, probably preferably both eyes, who can hear 20/20 (Lol I dunno what they say there) out of, probably their two years, and people that can walk, most probably on two legs! ah yes, and people who are addicted to alcohol and sex, (oh dear; now I'm starting to sound like me father).
well maybe I'd be very boring. I hate alcohol, I hate sex, (at least with total strangers Lol :) and I can't see for quids, but you'd think as far as accidently falling in the pool/spa/steps go, it would bring extremely good entertainment. so maybe they ought to consider me because of that fact alone?!
I got my chrisco catalog yesterday. was going to scan it. There's heaps there! will probably end up getting Nan to go through it with me! Khoath did just tell me of their web site, but it uses flash to turn vertual pages, and no matter what I tried, I couldn't activate any buttons so yeah, don't think that will be successful!
what else? ah Nan will come tomorrow and bring more doggy food! :) As she is going to South Melbourne I asked if she could pick me up a gingerbread house? As of last year, I like to have them over christmas! it's like An RD tradition that i have started! Of course Nothing beats home made ones! I remember J's neighbours! mmm and the ones everyone made in Food tech in year 10. but I was told I probably would be better off not making one of them! .. I just made gingerbread men, but it was still fun as my friends (mainly Nat) would bring me over lollies as she was decorating hers!
then I remember when I got home sometime later, I iced my men and, um, decorated them a little Lol! At least I could show them off to school friends who came over and couldn't stop laughing at them! .. ahem .. oh some of them were females too I think! Lol (I even have a feeling I may have related this story in this LJ in a previous year! fancy that! :)
mm what else did I need to update on? um, don't know!
still haven't mannaged to upload that file! *grr will try again!
LouLou is making another mix! sooo can't wait til it's finished! it's sooo cool! better not say much bout it!
Those English ppl are just a barrel of laughs! I loooove me English friends! and my US friends, and my Irish friends and yeah .. actually I was telling dad today I really do rely on the net to keep in as much of a social life with all of them. I mean some of them on the other side of the world, I value more than so-called "friends" out here. it's very funny how some people have a really negative perception of online friends compared to "RL" friends. ah well, they're them and I'm me and stuff ..
and now I'm going cos I think that was about all I had to update on ATM.
