No, I'm not gulluble but .. was just on skype to Faz and he sent me this file he got from youtube. This is just amazing! It honestly sounds like someone has taught this cat to talk! I'm going to see if I can do some research on it; not kidding. I'm amazed!

Hi Rach,
It is possible that this cat was talking. WE used to have a beuatiful black cat called Mischief who died in 2003 and she was a very chatty cat. She can say certain words like "Now", "Mole", "Out" and "Hello". Well it did sound like she was saying this *laughs*
Take Care
Melissa

Being a person of partial sight who has seen the youtube video in full, I can tell you it was real. The cat's mouth was on rhythm with no strings attached. I saw another cat on America's Funniest Videos once who screamed "No!" because their owner was trying to give them a bath or something, and then there was this one called grumble cat where it didn't sound like any human words, but the cat was eating and kept going neowneowneowneowneow...

yep I wondered if I was going crazy but I seriously always believed the cat was talking! that is just soooo amazing! I wonder if that's in the book of records? seriously?

Just passing by the roomates friends list and saw your post.. here's one of many copies of the footage floating around youtube.

The last two aren't actually saying anything. Ones just slobbering, and the last is bristling and growling apparently disliking the camera or something else they know he reacts negatively to.

hey thanks for that! yep I since did go to one of the youtube sites and it did seem like one of them was just mumbling but one could pass it off as an attempt of talking! it's still amazing! :) Now I want to teach my next cat to talk! Lol
