update to checklist

Nan brought over the wool,
ah she did find the u.K converter; just in my fruit basket (of all places :) I knew it wasn't far away.
Just went over to get the confectionary and sunscreen though it's a presurized can which can't be in the suitcase for flying. but then, I don't think we're allowed to even take liquids in our hand luggage now, but i will clarify all that at the airport.
Misplaced my iriver charger temporarily but found that under crap; off to charge it now since my phone has probably finished.
waiting to hear from J about cabbing together tonight.
til next time, RdFreak

In your carry-on luggage you can carry liquids up to 100 mils, so sunscreen, as long as it's unpressurised, deodorant etc, will be fine. You can't buy huge bottles of alcohol and then ask to have them in your carry-on luggage, which was a pain for Michael I think. I hope this helps

Have a Great Trip!

Well, just wanted to write and hope you get this before you leave. Have a safe journey and I'm sure all the flying will be well worth it in the end? Just one thing though, I wouldn't bother with the sunscreen if I were you LOL, We've been getting nothing but rain, rain and more bloody rain in the UK LOL. Guess it's always best to bring it just incase we get a heat wave!! You can however buy it here, there's plenty to go around and on special offer too LOL, ahem, wonder why?

Hope you'll be updating this thing while you're away, I'd love to hear how you're getting on.

Take Care and have a brill time. Hugs

Hi Rachel,
I am just writing to wish you to have a safe journey. May your holiday in the UK be a great one for you.
Hope you can update us all on the live journal when you have some free time.
Anyway have a ball and I will phone you when you are back in Australia and will organise to catch up with you.
Take Care
Melissa
