so so tired still!

OK I'm now sick of feeling tired especially just after I've had a big nights sleep and yes, I did sleep for most of it!
It never use to take me this long to get over jetlag when I arrived in another country; it must be the iron deficiency contributing as well and I'm just over it!
Dad just left for work. maybe I shouldn't have got up to have breakfast with him and tried to sleep this out.
I was saying to dad that I'd love to walk around here myself. I didn't bring my trekker cos the maps don't work in dubai anyway and I'm not too good with co-ordinates. Last year, I did walk to the shops at the marina; when I'm feeling more with it, I might get dad to show me again as I don't properly remember. I want to go to the beach too but we'll do all that stuff on the weekend and when dad takes the extra days off. Hopefully I'll be over this tiredness soon. :(
I'm not going to say I'll do my cisco work today as that's what I said yesterday and I was just too tired to concentrate; but my aim is to try and get some done this afo.
Til Next Time, RdFreak
P.S. I spoke to salix last night and Joy is going well; she went for a big walk to the park I was told. Am glad she's being so well looked after and she has already had non-dog people fall in love with her; my sweet girl! I would have so loved to bring her here though; I believe she would have been a great help to me and allowed me to walk around here a lot more as she's got a super memory and would have remembered her way back here even if I didn't. But she'll be invaluable when we go to Perth together next month.

It could be that your body is finally giving into recoverying from stress etc. This definitely happens when you wind yourself to get organised for a holiday, among other stresses. Once you get there, your brain just flakes.
Just a thought.

Last time I went overseas I got some tablets from the health food store, called "No Jet Lag", or something like that. They're just a chewable herbal thing, which you take every four hours during your flight (or at least, the parts of the flight in which you're not sleeping). They were really good and I had hardly any jet lag at all. They might be worth a try.
