still not there yet

I slept in til 10.20 today; still not altogether recovered yet, but am making great progress. Nan offered to come over this afo to help me with some shopping since I'm still not quite energetic enough, so that will be good. Then tomorrow I should be right. I want to go into the city just to work Joy to make sure she hasn't lapsed in the area of busy work which I'm sure she hasn't, but still, I aim to do this; not to mention hopefully meeting up for pancake parlour with Salix next week prob in city anyway.
I probably won't be able to wake up in time, but I would like to go to the new church Sunday, though maybe I may go in the evening; I shall see.
was sure there was something else but can't recall now; ah well, later, as they say in the states.
Til Next time, RdFreak

Sounds like a good plan, and I'm glad you're slowly getting back into the swing of things over here.

I'm definitely a pancake fan, so must say that I'd go there if there was such a place near here, pricy or not.

very expensive for little food that was uninspiring. Never again.

aaah gemma! -- what did you have? I'm totally in love with their chicken pancake; it's sooo nice; have that next time if you're a fan of chicken and you won't be disappointed, even if it is damn expensive!

It was the Crumbed Chicken one.

A green salad that was on the way out, the thinnest piece of chicken you could possibly call a chicken breast, and something that only vaguely constituted as a pikelet, and all of this for $26. I could have knocked something better up myself!

Also, the milkshake was $8, and wasn't all that big or fantastic either.

My biggest waste of $34.

I agree; it doesn't sound too flattering that, but these chicken pancakes I'm tlaking about are nice; haven't had a problem so far with the salad either, but yep you're right; the expense is disgusting!
Where did you go? Maybe it was a dodgy store.
