hmm what an interesting kinda week!

Well, I've not done a lot this weekend. i just chilled here since last week was very stressful! Yesterday I did nothing. Nan came over and today she was helping me order all my CDs alphabetically - as I use to have them. Some of my recent ones haven't been labeled. I am slack! :(
Wow, before i went to buy SuperLiam from L-works.net and had to re-enter my info for paypal three freakin times, all because of a problem with trying to deciffer stupid audio for the required security code. but, I mannaged it eventually! *sigh* they need to speak clearer damnit!
So yeah, it's an awesome game and I had to buy it.
Yesterday I also bought an mp3 designed with the appropriate frequencies to help produce an astral-projection Lol! man it's sure my weekend for buying things .. but this is a 90 day money back garantee, so if I never obtain any results .. well .. yeah and stuff! .. I did try listening to it last night and this morning but ... nothing happened. was still very much awake by the end of it as I updated in astral_projection and [Bad username or site: astralsociety. @ livejournal.com]
So yeah .. it would be .. um .. interesting if it decides to work! I probably need a little more practice! It sounds way exciting though! but yes .. must be careful!
Well, last week was bad! what with fighting and learning to accept stuff .. but I am OK now. I wrote

I thought I'd write this following your brief 'reccomendation" you proposed friday. Truthfully I was too upset to stick around to talk.
I realize my results weren't good last time. I don't always put as much effort in as I should, but that is nothing to do with my inability to take notes. I feel that I mannaged fine last term. I have got a system whereby I get help with scanning all the handouts (and in the case of this semester the readings for Transformations). It would be ideal if I was able to get everything transcribed into braille but I am aware there have been various problems with the lack of disability staff at swinburn so I have been mannaging on my own.
As far as my results go, I will explain .. Stories cultures I got a distinction and the only reason I didn't get higher was because of failure to hand in a couple of things unfortunately.
And as for the other subjects, I haven't actually checked my results out on line but I can basically say that I am just a hopeless case at politics (for public Life) and further to that and Learning to Learn, my essay style was (and still is) hard to get because, either, I was doing it differently in the past (VCE) and/or I'd forgotten and/or I was being lazy and hopeful. .. In other words .. i fail to understand why a notetaker will do me any good. As I've stated to you previously, my other blind peers at Uni mannage fine. They pretty much get all the help they need behind the scenes but are independent in class.
I hope you can understand, and not hold a grudge because all I aim for is to be treated as "normal" as possible!
Of course my intention is to put a lot more into this semester than I did the last.

to Mary before cos on Friday she was was trying to tell me that because of my bad-arse results last semester, a note taker would be "her reccomendation" but .. that is just another excuse for crying out loud! so yeah .. I should still give the DLO a call tomorrow anyway.
But .. well apart from that, guess the first school week didn't go that badly. Our economics teacher seems quite willing to help me - with that American accent! I immitated my best American accent while telling him and the rest of the class that I have several American friends. Lol! It got a laugh! Lol! So yeah .. boring subject, but I guess I can put up with it. and I know I will have to work harder!
We had to actually buy a reader that s put together for Human transformations, so I kinda called a today to tell her I need her to do much scanning! Lol!
anyway yeah .. I need some heating in dah house here!
Wow am glad i updated! Oh I went to the docs on wednesday and now have some stronger ear drops and they seem to be really working so far. but unlike before I seem quite motivated to stay on them!
I just got my unlock code, yeah ness! :)
I now have quite a few audiogames to my collection. i love it!

Well now, I would be quite interested in hearing your immitation of the American accent. Hmm, maybe some day we will have to voice chat or something because you have me curious now. In all seriousness though, I have always been curious to know what people from other countries think of our accent. Anyway, rambling sorry.

yeah sure! would be good! :) yeah it's so weird how we can't hear our own "accent". it's such a classic listening to American ppl attempt the australian accent Lol!
