how come??

OK I can not understand why one becomes sooo damn tired when they have done absolutely nothing but sit on their bum staring at a puter screne (which is turned off - so not my eyes) and just type all day??
I am sooo tired! and it's not even late!
We are on school holidays for two weeks and I finally have been able to acknolledge it because yesterday morning, got up early, finished and sent off my sAC. (right, you cheat you die next time!) Um, For the rest of the day and today I did just nothing. Socializing on the puter.
Oh tuesday sis A had called to have a chat. It's sooo funny that we both actually get along as friends now. I never, ever thought that would happen.
hmmm what else? this morning one of my pills bounced out of my hand somewhere when I was trying to get it out. and after my tantrum looking for it, it flicked under the oven so was panicking as ya can't miss a day. anyway ended up having the next one. then I find out that I mis-calculated and had no more zoloft left. So thought I'd be right til tomorrow when I am schedule for the doctors anyway then she will write me out a script. that was a sample pack I got for the first time. anyway, hasn't done anything that terrible to me. I don't even feel low in myself - not up there, but not low.
Mum called me before to say she was bringing one over (from A's) but I assured her i'll be fine.
Maybe it's why I'm so tired all of a sudden.
Man tonight I had these nice rissoles I got from sAfeway! I can't always be bothered cooking but my confidence lately with it has certainly surprised me! (not being modest).
Tomorrow morning at the docs might have to mention my right friggen breast again. It hurts again where that lumpy tissue is. It was only a few months ago I had it checked but this time it's hurting constantly.
Then am going out with A (friend) we've got to get me signed on to the YBCV account!
It seems as if neither of us are going to be spoilt by the other with a free pancake! We made a bet last week that the person (out of both of us) who mentions the name YBCV in both words or acronems, has to buy the other a pancake! all because i need my break from that branch for a while. i think I'll be right by our next meeting.
Man I went on a cheese splurge before and am now paying for it. Apparently hard cheese is not bad, but obviously the amount I had then, um, yes.
AA just called my mobile but I am so tired I am actually thinking of going to bed at this early early hour. But my docs appointment is way early tomorrow so I might not regret it. thanks Mum! she is driving me.
