updating is hard!
Jan. 9th, 2004 04:40 pmWow, it's sooo hard to keep up-to-date with LJ friends pages when you're not online for the week.
It's like you start reading two pages then you get tired of it but when you come back there's more current ones, then you have to skip past the ones you've already read; it's just too hard!
Well S stayed for the week and overall it was a fantastic one. We caught up with the crue along the way. Sunday we stayed in as it was rainy. Monday we went to visiquip then back to my parents for tea. Mum, Marg and I went with him to the airport wednesday.
Yeah it was soo much fun!
And I was meant to clean up yesterday but it didn't happen. I went to my parents house again last night. And was going to clean today. :( not good! soon though, soon damn soon!
I didn't end up making my Bigbrother journal like I was going too, but I will un-lock my private entry about it of a few weeks ago. I didn't end up writing down that I did do the video!! S (from auslez) and her brother came to my rescue and would not accept any money! OK, it was three days before christmas, which would have made it the 22nd.
It went OK. i was very nervous though. I basically spoke about myself, a bit about Heartly, my living on my own and my independence, my schooling, RVIB, everything. then I let them hear Jaws.
So then A had to edit it at home then he brought it back to me Tuesday and with Nan's help, I sent that off, as well as the signed legal terms and a couple of photos.
It's all meant to be in by Monday 5 PM so that's a good job well done! I am hoping K and others mannaged to get their videos in!
I am going to go to my online application form and make sure I can't think of anything new to add. I think I covered everything though.
I woke at 11 this morning! actually M woke me up! that is just wrong for me! :)
then after I spoke to M I called J (tertiary consultant). we ended up talking for a while about my uni offers which I am feeling confident about. The VTAC offers - or round one come out on the 18th. so am excited about that. It's a sunday but think we'll be able to get them on line, yayness!
OK well that is about all.
