Met B for lunch today. She was eager to hear all about my trip of course! so naturally I had fun filling her in! .. we had a good laugh and things. twas cool!
Dad is here now. on his way from work to pick me up for tea.

I just got back from parents for tea a little while ago, but before I left, I was made aware of LJdrama.org from an entry of ruuk who mentioned the leading story on that page is of this stupid sixteen year old girl who stabbed her mother to death because she was grounded and stuff. Before I went to her LJ but it had been deleted, then I went to her myspace and it was deleted, well it appears so anyway, and zangger!
She's going to be trialed obviously but not decided her fate properly yet as she apparently isn't an adult. But I agree with R in her post that if she's capable of killing, she's obviously adult enough to understand what she did and be punished just as harshly as everyone else!
OK me going to bed but had to get that off my mind! It's just horrible! having a kid who treats their own mother like that, only because she ultimately wanted what's best for her children. Totally selfish! :(
