So got up at 5, trying to restore my puter, and it's already a long, complicated and rather tragic affair! OK, all my music which I'd been downloading since the start of my internet life (end of 98) have all gone byebye! So there goes all my Napstering, my audio-galaxing, my Kazzaing, even the beginning of my life with allmp3.com! this is just wrong! And I had to delete all my old program folders cos they didn't link to anything no more! I know there was some configuring that needs doing in order to get jaws to read XP properly and that but my memory fails me! I remember that it seems to work best with the start menu on classic but can't remember how to set that up. I just downloaded voipbuster again but jaws isn't reading that properly as yet. Jaws won't read the add/remove programs in control pannel! Fortunately I know it can be rectified with a bit of tweequing but alas, I will have to wait to talk with techy friends of mine, who, I'm sure will love me calling them at this lovely hour of the morning! *sigh* I haven't even got msn yet. I have windows messenger on a CD but don't know where that is. I know I could get the latest one but I heard bad things about it with jaws. I know if I looked I'd find it but was going to get it off J!
ah stupid computers! ah yes, did I mention I tried to select trippletalk but it obviously needs me to reinstall the drivers, and I can't remember what I did. Might have to download them from the web site again!
ah yes, I don't know if I mentioned once or twice how I hate hate hate computers sometimes! I can't believe I lost all my files and, my comedy files! *cry cry cry cry and cry some freakin more* fortunately I sitll have some stuff on my other hard disc but it's not enough to have me feeling any bit relieved at all! I hate computers! I wish they were never invented! go away! I'll just stick to me ruddy slate and stylus! (Lol that was meant to be funny :) haha yeah I'm cool! My throat kills! I have tonsil Litus! what's up with me getting sick for the second time in two months! not happy!
