Ah it's been wonderful weather both yesterday and today. It's so magical and always puts me in such a happy, relaxed mood! .. It was meant to be 23 yesterday and I'd wager similar today. I am enjoying bouts of sitting out in the sun with my Heartly girl, and giving her runs up and downwards. (I tell her to "stay" then will wander quite far away from her then call her, and she runs!) Running with her there and/or in the park is of course good exercise when we aren't going on an outing! Also the sun is good for us. It's important for my Vitamin E as I remember at one stage I had to take tablets for that in the winter Lol!

Rd's therapy (part 5)

Wow, it seems to be raining now (as of about an hour ago). Nan's coming tonight. Tomorrow night got the first Melbourne branch meeting. I was going to catch the train with Milos but his Mum is now giving us a lift. (poor Milos can't be too mobile right now. I hope he is better soon.
Oh I called Travellers aid before but S wasn't there, but spoke to Kerry again, so S will call me back then we can sort something out.
Shell keeps ringing! If she leaves me alone for just one day i may feel so inclined to call her back.
Anyway I will now talk about "80's music"! :)
