OK so yesterdays "sad news" was a hoax. though I ended up believing it (as the gulluble person I am), I was a bit questionable over a few things. it wasn't on the news, as I said yesterday. and the author didn't sound too upset (though I put it down to the plain fact that expression is pretty impossible through text alone) and though I didn't think this as such, everyone else was surprised that emailing all the list would be further from someone's mind. I did think of this but then thought in order to get the news out to as many as possible, that's probably why they did it!
How absolutely sick! and according to Lou from blindbooks (who's message was forwarded to me) it was graham W (I know of him; attention seeker from a lot of the blindy email lists). BCA apparently will be officially stepping into confirm this hoax. As someone said, not a lot would be able to get done, but I think he shouldn't get away with this at all!
