I'm getting an mp3 player!

yeahyeahyeahyeahyeah! subject says it all! I just got money, and in accordance with being frugal and saving a whole heap for spending money, I am getting an mp3 player for my long trip! :)
I will probably get an iriver 20, as in any accessable iriver with 20 gigs. I am going to go to rockbox once again to make sure I get one that works with it because, I will try and install it on there! Jmosen did a good review of his with rockbox so I will check that out again, oh yes I will! and I remember ages ago I checked it out on ebay and there were quite a few of those particular models on there! so yeah! woof, or something!
this is going to save some sanity for when I get to UK! :)
OK off I trot to do my research!

Lol I just noticed an addition to LJ! "Nudge a friend". Lol it's funny! I nudged nickibooh cos she hasn't updated in 31 weeks and I think she should tell her exciting story to the world. and I have heaps of other friends who haven't updated in a week so ha and stuff! :)

It's Friday the 13th (20 days til UUK :)

Well, it's not Friday the 13th in my book. I, Rachel D Freak, is now the official owner of a brand new, unopened IriverH120. And it even said on Ebay that it was "rockbox ready!" .. so Stick Audio (where I got it from in the US) is an ebay shop so it's brand spankin new and as I say, unopened! so yeahyeahyeah! :) .. I only wanted a 20 gig one. so wohooo! I now just have to wait to get it in the post next week! :) wohooo! go me! :) The only IriverH120 item from Aus was a remote control, not good man! :)
yeahyeahyeahyeah! now I can download all my music (or most of it) on to it and when the inflight entertainment gets too boring and/or runs through it's cycle, I have this to listen too, and not to mention when I've got the five hour wait in KL! :)
yeah! well, 20 days til I leave for UK! .. and I officially welcome the last lot of two-digit numbers in my countdown tomorrow! yeahyeah!
Well, in speaking to D on voipbuster yesterday, I found out that after the hour is up, instead of disconnecting both parties as I had presumed, it kinda went to D not being able to hear me, but me still him. so that's weird. I had heard that it gives you one hour of talk time then you can resume conversation by calling back but I didn't think it would keep both parties connected but mute the sound on the user's end. that's very odd! Lol ah well there I go! :) Though I have spoken before on it a number of times, haven't been that long, so I now know!
I can't wait to get my little iriver now! then to load rockbox on it! man how exciting! :):) yeahyeahyeah for budgetting! :)
I want it now! Lol
