well here I am again! We had another power outage from when I woke up til now. well I don't know when it went off last night but I mannaged to fully charge my phone so it must have been on for a few hours.
so yep went off again for a few hours, just came back on. And the news this morning confirmed my suspicion that we (at Main street) did in fact experience a minny tornado! wow we only had it for a few seconds and house were dammaged and that's probably what dammaged the power, so I'd hate to think of these places of the world go through with it going on for days at a time! so I was just like "man I thought as much!" Lol wow! first time I've ever felt a tornado, well not that I felt it but boy did I hear it! luckily my house didn't get dammaged but there are heaps of gum trees around our house so hmmm hope none of them came down!
And Mum had a tree fall across her driveway and further up Glenburnie another tree fell across the road!
and there's been literally thousands of fire fighters dealing with heaps of fires up in the bush and holiday camps (which I guess are no more). some fire tanks even came down from interstate!
and that has been the weather report! Lol thank you!
it's been a crazy crazy summer that's for sure! Hello Winter nice to .. um .. meet you?! :)
oh and the worst thing about the power outtage this morning, my iriver's batery went flat last night (while attempting to copy that directory over again) so I didn't have that, only my wind up radio which is how I knew what was going on! yeah for my wind up radio! :)
so yeah I plugged my iriver in to charge then will try copying again tonight! :) I looooove it so much though! now i know how to work it, I put it back in it's case and I can access everything from there!
also of course I was worried about my fridge/freezer again! I have home made icy poles in there; let's just hope they haven't melted over everything!
6 days til UK! :) wohooo! this time next week I would have landed in Manchester only 5 and a half hours ago! :)
so today when case gets here, the packing begins!

louise_1985 to tell her bout the power since I wasn't sure if I'd get to speak to her before I leave, but as it's come back on I guess I'll be able to catch up on msn before she leaves! :)
