Bigbro6 - day 44

So last night Carmilla, Rob and Danielle were nominated. And as Katy won fridaynight games, she took three points off Carmilla but it didn't change anything obviously! I have a feeling danielle may go next sunday!
Yesterday met with A and we went to Pizza hut. Heartly was lucky enough to try some as well as the waiter accidently dropped a plate full of pizzas right in front of her nose! (it was her lucky day! :) As usual A and I stayed there for about five hours, having our usual long catch up and philosophical discussions. Then we went to Mires, and found that though there's no more karasell they still sold some of the old chocolates behind the counter! yeah so I still got some of my faves, especially being pleased that I still could get the strawberry and cream (cos man they rock! :)
Then we went to a puter store as A had to pick something up for M and i thought it was a good opportunity to get meself a bluethooth dongle, so, that I did! $40! I was surprised at the price but then as I said to A, a couple of me English buds, namely louise_1985 had said they picked one up for about 10 bucks and i obviously had forgot about the currency change, (Duur :P"! Lol anyway it's a USB thing and haven't tried it yet but will do so. then I can use me phone on here! as in work with ring tones etc. though unfortunately the 6600 doesn't do mp3 and I don't know much about working with middy! ah well!
I was meant to go out with shell and Curt today but decided against it. For some reason I've been aching a bit and just felt a bit misserable last night with coalsore and all. I am not sure why my arms hurt. haven't done any strenious activity, ah well! maybe I should start going to the gym!
Sent my app in yesterday a tad late! I didn't get it done til last minute, zoomed home, turned the puter on, waited impatiently for it to boot up, got the PD and wrote and sent a bit after 5. ah well, my silly fault that time, worth a try! doesn't matter anyway! still haven't heard back bout the other yet! prob won't get it! Everything needs turtiary qualifications these days; it sucks eggs! *grrr ah well, what can ya do?!

this just occured to me

in looking at my email I saw one that just said "eastern" in the body. the original message was from someone on the ACBradio list wanting to know when Tuesday topics was on in their time zone.
OK one-liner, and more-so one worded messages have always really bugged me?! I mean am I fussy or what? but damnit, could the person say something like
"Hi --- that would be Eastern"
or something to that affect, maybe adding some small word here or there! maybe subtracting from the scenario above but damnit! If people are going to take the time to reply to a message (control R using eudora, and can't remember the steps using outlook as I don't use it), why take less time to fill the contents in an email than it did to start a reply in the email program?
what is worse is this one-line or one-worded message with a zillion original messages below it! >>>>>>>>>>>> >>> >>> > > >>> > not to mention so much waste in bandwidth!
some ppl deserve to be shot with their email etiquette I swear!
I have had this rule with myself now for a long time that when I reply to a message, I just leave my original message there and delete from after that one to the end!

but it's my journal and I can bitch if I wanna!

forgot to mention before how it's the 6th of the 6th 06 .. that's kinda freaky but then again they would have had those dates other years but I never thought bout it then! But after 2012 I guess we won't have it any more! (yes I feel so smart today! :) And like 100 years ago, they would of had the 6th of the 6th 06 but it would have been 1906 - the day before my great Grandmother was born!
and like, the only time it would have really been three digits in the entire date, with no outcast numbers (for the years) would have been when it was the year 6 which is like BC? maybe? I am never good with History that far back! Um, yeah?!
So now I go and muse over other odd historical numbers in our lifetime or not in our lifetime! :)
