All my troubles seemed so far away .. ahem .. i believed I used that line in here once before. Lol
Yesterday C, C and M came over. we ended up having a late lunch at Mackers, then C and I later went to Mokajoes for tea. their lemon pepper calamari (excuse spelling) rings are too-die-for! And I got their delicious lemmon tart to take home.
today am going to meet J, K (and some others) to test out some tactile maps at vA in Kooyong. then tonight Dad is coming over here after work where we'll go out for tea and then he'll help me fill in some forms for VTAC and Deakin (that I have to have sent by this Friday. talk about being behind). Also got to get my doctor to fill in a few sections of the disability form. but we can fax it to them, have it faxed back and send it all off, again, hopefully (else my life won't be worth living) by this Friday.
In other news which I forgot to mention, I am a lot calmer now with the fact I seem to have obtained some former friends. The reason is simple. I now know what the whole deal was over, and since it was such a small thing which obviously couldn't be talked to me about, instead, having a friendship ended over, I figure, I haven't lost much. When I was told, i was very angry, upset and hurt all over again but the next day I was truly fine. People who want to end friendships over matters which can't even be discussed obviously are doing their former friends a favour in the long run.
It's a path mum and Aunty travelled down, but you can't choose your family. bloody oath you can choose your friends. Right. so that's all done with and over. It's been, um, nice knowing you?!
course i love and appreciate all my current friends. We can all talk to each other about problems and that's what it's all about. If you aren't prepared to talk to me if you have an issue, there's no point and, goodbye goodbye! :)
seriously I'm feeling good atm. I'm looking forward to study next year in areas I really want to get into for careers. I'm looking forwardd to my next trip to U.K and maybe U.S. soon.
Life is a gift.
OK, enough with the philosophizing. I better go and put the finishing touches on my plans for today.

So M was already put on there but he has got a 20 G download thing a month. The above page offers anywhere from a few Meg to 25 gig but the closest one is 18 gig, so it's different. nearly 50 a month? almost cutting it! ah well! I get way higher upload speeds!
I get a static IP address too which will be good for my new ftp server.
