So yes I am feeling better than I was yesterday when I wrote. My damn problem is when something goes wrong, i get way too worked up! got to work on that! I have to work on a lot of things but yep that's one of them, so hey?! .. I had mentioned in my text (that got deleted yesterday) it turned daylight saving at 2 this morning. I can certainly notice the difference, even though I didn't have to get up for work or anything. I feel that it should be 12 when it's actually 1? ah well!
yesterday was a pretty good day though I wasn't too happy with young C. will be having a few words to him I think. he not only kept cutting me off yesterday, or trying too, in convos but at one point on the train, we were talking about the train horns and I started to say how they wake me up in the mornings, and he started "ah stop complaining" or something. I think that sort of thing has always been his idea of a joke but, it sounds bad and rude and I snapped "don't be so rude" so he shut up after that! anyway! yep when he calls next, I won't hesitate in talking to him!
we're going through another cold snap but, it will be hot again by thursday!
I had also meant to mention yesterday the fact that I'd heard on the news Southpark had apparently made an eppisode making fun of our steve erwin. Apparently he was at a fancy dress party with a stingray barb hanging out his heart. The creaters had apparently said they didn't care if they offended as they've done it before and will likely reaffend again in future. Pathetic! so cruel! :(
I guess that because he was so popular over there, these cartoons are bound to do something to express the latest world events. Guess it's not uncommon! But I'm just thinking what if daughter bindy sees it later on? I'd feel so sorry for her!
tomorrow am going to have lunch with J while I'm there at VA dropping bursary stuff off.

just amazing!

apply the following basin scenario to shower and you will be one step closer:
Having got my trusty little round container living in my bathroom now, it makes it worth all the while to place it under tap while waiting for hot water to come through. I then have lovely container full to take out to the kitchen and empty in the jug of water filter! and, I had never done it before! amazing! Marvel at amount of clean innocent water I have now saved instead of it going down the drain, never to be used for any purpose it perhaps should have.
I could say it takes me a bit longer, but then so too does taking the jug off it's stand and filling it when it's empty so they both cansil each other out at the end!
M A R V E L L O U s! Now I will get big clothes bucket and do same with shower!
Now must see if I can make some sort of an arrangement to have washing machine water pumped on to garden?
I'm so into this saving water thing!

LJ has thrown me!

So I'm use to doing something a certain way for so long then LJ has to go and change it's layout! .. I do think maybe it's the default new style I remember reading about a while ago in news, and I forget how to change it back but maybe it's just a matter of getting use too. See, I could quickly navigate where i wanted from front page and practically any other LJ page just by pressing F. this would take me to the first search feild (where I could search for members) but it would take me to all my links I use regularily, like update journal, friends page, update user info etc. That was how I did things all the time!
oh, and most of the time when I pressed f to get to the search box, I would shift tab to get to my user info to view any latest addition on there (ie. who had added me over night, etc - so I was always on the ball).
Now, all that has changed, unless I go back to that news post (where-ever that may be) and read on how to change back!
And I just looked at my watch and noted I forgot to wind it forward for daylight saving.
