the doco is finished!
Dec. 20th, 2006 06:19 pmWell after six or so hours of filming; reciting lines, rereciting the same ones over again (cos of stuffups), finally, doco is done!
We started off here, then at Blackie station, then on the train, then here again for lunch, then drove to r's where we did some more filming at tourack station and slowly made our way back to R's, where we then worked on just the voiceovers (not to camera).
so, yep, mostly, it's done! R just has the task of editting, and I'll send him the opening and closing music as well as my scripts for the creddits! The creddits was originally going to be just captions, but I suggested I speak them too, so, I will.
then it comes time to give DVD copies to friends, family, and it was suggested to me I send to channel 31 (cos my employment consultants mentioned a disability show on there).
There's even now a title .. "travelling with a friend" which has a few meanings in the context of the doco. so coolies!
Heartly was playing up a bit at the end. don't think she knows how to be an actor! Lol!

_disi_ as yet, so unless I hear from her, tomorrow we won't be going to meet up with her. it's going to be hot tomorrow and A and I were going to catch up. we probably still will but we won't need to go to Mooneyponz. maybe I'll see if she just wants to come here instead; it'll be cooler obviously!
There's still a strong smoke haze around Melbourne. last night, I couldn't get over how strong it was when I went to the loo! my gosh! so course I had all my doors closed last night, unlike the other nights! Lol
Five days til christmas! As I will be recording the day, I need to charge my iriver up, reset the thing (cos stupid rockbox crashed it), install another build on there, and find the stereo mic (which I've lost again for the moment!) ah well!
til next time, RdFreak
