my brutal week
Jan. 26th, 2008 08:03 amSubject has two meanings; time for me to become brutal; not too muchly so but enough.
Michael arrived back this morning; at the lovely early hour of 6.30 or something ridiculous! that can't be helped I guess if Perth flights decide to mostly only travel after midnight! .. ahem ..
but, despite the fact that this house stay was originally only going to be a week, then a month, then, til christmas, then, til the end of January, and still no unit has been aquired, he hasn't made any effort. While GS admitted to, perhaps being a bit too hasty and coming down here a month too soon, she realizes, but she has made all the effort to househunt online. She has given him so many options, but despite all this, I'd say he's only physically gone out to about five or six of these inspections.
Now, if he was serious, he would have gone everyday and all day if that's what it took. But no, as B rightly says, I'm a pushover, he knows it, so why not stay here where the rent is cheap and internet is free! -- I'm not going to go into too many details about anything else regarding him as it's not for me to do publically, but, quite apart from the fact I am telling him to make sure they find something before he goes to batherst (early feb), i am worried about my friend M in all this. She's not deserving of what is going on and how she is constantly treated.
Sure, I have my friendly gripes with her sometimes, only really waking me up in the mornings and stuff, she knows she's got somewhere to come nback to to stay if/when things get nasty! .. right, enough of that, but it's time for me to become even more assertive.
B's completely ignoring my reasonings still, but that's his problem I guess. It just upsets me; guys upset me. I get myself so attached and close to them, then they rip me apart; goodness knows whether I'll be able to trust anyone else again; I highly doubt it! guys are evil, (most of them. some are very nice, but they're either too old for me or taken by someone who found them before me.
I honestly thought B had changed and, as with everyone, I was giving him the benefit of the doubt, but, yeh ..
OK, i'd forgotten to mention yesterday week, I went to the lovely famous Tai restaurant with J, K, and M. glad I actually went this time!
fastforwarding a whole week, I had a girlys night with J, K and M. Heartly stayed with me until Mum picked her up yesterday, but she'll be coming back either today or tomorrow, before she gets taken to the vet again wednesday to most probably ahve her stitches removed.
Guess that's the main topics and events. I had wanted to sleep in this morning since I had early early starts for the past two weeks, but no, impossible with borders around!
Oh, cane has been mannigible I guess. it's just so amazing how many people silently know me and are willing to help and ask where my doggy is. I'm getting to know and talk to everyone who travels on my daily route.
Had the pleasure of travelling in with M and A all week, (well M for most days and A for the past two.)
Oh, and I bought Sarah And the School of Witchcraft and Wizzardry last week. I'm yet to get far in the game, but after listening to demos and reviews, I have discovered a few things, and ate me lots of sweets!
These audio games are blowing my mind! they're all so amazing! My collection is growing I have to say!
