actually, what I heard last night was really pretty ferral, and just totally bloody disgusting (literally!)
Since Monday night, I have been watching "THE BIGGEST LOSER" just because it's the next best thing to BigBrother, what with all the fighting that goes on! and, course it's after Neighbours, so why not? anyway .. listening to their first weigh-in, one of the guys was 206 kilos, woh baby!
anyway, um, last night, I was listening to the american workout. A few of the people missed out on entering the Aussie house but they got to go over to america, LA in fact, to train with, the supposably "world's top trainers". well, this totally american chick was working these poor aussies, pushing them and all that, and she's saying "look, I don't know you. I don't care if you leave now" bla bla. and while she's nagging this person do, obviously get to it a bit harder (whatever exercise it was; I didn't know), she threw up, and ya could hear it on tV and everything!
then later she was saying that the trainer (forget her name) had said it was good that she threwup, cos it meant she was really working!
OK, am I the only one who sees a problem with this on so many levels? Trying to work someone til they throwup is just so disgusting! The problem is, that the lot of these Biggest Loser contestents probably come from not having done much to all of a sudden this. they need to be building themselves up!
and the one that threw up, well despite my emetophobia issue, still, when people throwup it's because their body is probably in so much trouble and discomfort -- just unbelievable! I don't get that! I was just so angry when I heard that.
In other news, I bought a top-of-the-range Dycen vaccum cleaner, and it's baggless which will make me use it more. But I said Mum could have the new one and give me her one she bought not long ago as I think it's easier to use.

jordina gave me her professional feedback which I muchly appreciated, and rantingjules provided her thoughts, from having been trained, and she also gave me a website of her former teacher, so I checked it out, wrote to her and got a reply. so called her this morning, and am waiting on a call back from her.
so I'm thinking at this stage, I will get back into it. didn't have much luck in my teens, but maybe this time I may get more out of it! I aim to see if my style can, infact, improve at all.
Guess that's about all. Nan came today for a while but just left, and next week I am back at work.
oh, nearly forgot; actually I did, so am editting this, so .. woops
:edit: On Wednesday night M, J and I went to pancake parlour in ForestHill. and, though i thought at first, trust me to come up with the stupid idea of navigating ourselves in a shopping centre, it didn't go too badly at all.
man it was funny while eating. we ordered the same maincourse and dessert which was a special of Mexican crapes followed by apple pancakes. I happened to mention there was a jug of mapelsyrip on table, and we all drowned our poor pancakes with the stuff! we never meant too, it just came out too quick! We were so messy afterwoods, so after a trip to the toilets, we made our way back; between all six of us (humand and dogs alike) we somehow found the busbays.
