the silent treatment
Mar. 14th, 2008 07:37 amI've been kinda sick. ended up staying home wednesday to try and heal my throat. only that day did it start to improve. It's still not 100%, but i did go to work yesterday and will today. It's going to be a scorcher though; top of 40! too hot for me when it's not even sposed to be summer no more.
I woke with hay fever, as seems to be a bit of a trend for me these days; morning and night, I seem to have a bout. -- at least of something. I seem to be alergic to something or someone all of a sudden; not my puppy I hope!
yesterday was amusing. We had done this for an hour a few weeks ago when Dean was on leave, but never a whole day. RB told me, for a joke to "be quiet woman" after I was gabbling on about something (can't remember what now) and I told him, for a joke, to "shut up". Well, it lead to neither of us speaking to each other for a whole day (from about 10 til, well, we didn't even say goodbye) but if we wanted to talk to one another, we would pass a message through poor Dean. Needless to say, I think any ideals of becoming an interpretter, have been shattered for him. :)
Emailed out my party invites as I'd already created the facebook event last Saturday; early I know, but was feeling creative! -- getting a good turnout so far which is great! Looking forward to seeing some from primary school! :)
and with that, i continue to tend to my lovely nose.
til next time, RdFreak
