So I'm just mucking around on Facebook, and all of a sudden i hear this pop! I'm then finding I'm chatting quite easily to a friend using facebook chat! It's interesting. this is the first time I've actually used it. goodness knows how many others havew tried to chat to me.
I can't yet figure out how to initiate chats, but, I may figure it out!
I worked at SouthYarra this week. I completed and passed the four compulsory courses and exams regarding ANZ policies we all had to undertake online.
I got 82 for the emergency procedures, 88 for privacy policies and 100% for harassment and discrimination. :) The first one "CODE OF CONDUCT" was just a course that we had to read, no exam at the end.
so that's all out the way! :)
back to sY Monday then back to queens the following week.
singing teacher is moving next week, so had my final lesson at her old place today; went quite well. we did a lot of exercises including soft-pallet exercises to try and work on a lot of technique including that heck annoying breathiness!
Nan came to the shops with me before, and I purchased more pizza stuff to make .. um .. pizzas! lol -- Nan just left, so I will start on them later. we also mannaged to find a pizza wheel which will cut my pizza slices.
It's been absolutely freezing of late! during the day, it's OK but we've had the coldest mornings and evenings!

I havw worked out a bit more about this facebook chat. I've been chatting to a recent FB friend, but also, I've now figured out how to initiate a convo. I click on where it says "online" with those weird mouse clickable things, and it lists the ones online, plus their status underneath.
It's not the easiest to use, but it's manageable.
I wish they could use the zone quicknote system! how cool would that be?

First pizza base, I stuffed up. After putting the sauce all over the base, i put my mushrooms and onions all over it, then I realized that it was a stupid order because now the salami isn't going to sit properly! but I put that on anyway, and the next pizza base, I put the salami on first.
They've got, on top of the sauce on top of the base: salami, mushrooms and onions (mixed), shaved ham, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and cheese. -- the sun-dried tomatoes are new for me as M and I had them there, but had forgotten about them last week.
and, I have already swapped my two trays around halfway through the cooking period, and in doing so, I burnt my right oven mit big time! I grabbed a shelf, thinking it was one of the trays, and yeh, burnt the heck out of the ends of the mit, producing, an awful smell to replace the pleasant pizza one! oh dear! woops!
so off to get some more mits for me before these ones wear through completely and burn me little pinkies! -- may go to safeway tomorrow and get some more!
mmm smells good again now though.
and while I was in the oven, someone rang, so couldn't answer it, and they didn't leave a message; I hate that! Lol
Hope these pizzas will be good and stuff!
will be able to have leftovers tomorrow and all! They always taste better the next day I think!

yes I do have to brag because I have never cooked pizzas on my own. and one must remember, I'm still new to the whole oven thing as I just got this put in.
The pizza wheel really works so well! I thought it was going to be still impossible, but i cut it from the centre on an angle, then turned it around and continued doing so. they're just like professional pieces, and, man it tasted really pro too; go me! :)
OK, so I've got one and a half left which I won't be eating tonight! Lol -- back to awesome nutricious lunches for me! :)
