Two-week update and iPhone audio

In the following approx half hour audio file, I update this LJ on the almost two weeks of absence on here.
Just haven't felt much like writing.
I also ended up doing a bit of a demo on the basics of the iPhone, not that I intended to go into as much detail as I did.
