OK OK, as I keep going to the 'my guests" page, it seems clear that some people want me to update, only I am not sure who these people are as they conveniently decided to change their privacy settings didn't they? Either that or my guests don't own an LJ. ah well, it's good to know some people just can't get enough of me! Lol!
I've had an interesting week. I spent the rest of last Monday just chilling out, eating chocolate and watching more TV; ah, and the water fight that was had Monday evening in backyard was very refreshing! :)
Tuesday I travelled to glenwaverly to meet up with Jane to do some orientation to the school. But alas, the travelling involved a lot more than I had originally expected. As i had heaps of time to kill, i thought I'd train it all the way back instead of catching the bus from Dandy; big mistake; thanks Metro. A lovely airconditioned bus was caught from Burnley to darling, then we resumed on the train line.
Finally met Jane and did route to bus stop, then at the other end, route from there to the school. walking back, the sun decided it wanted to show its face for the first time that morning, so it made an already-boiling morning even hotter; unbearable in fact. :( Anyway it got done, then I went home. Joy was a little brainiac as usual, but despite the heat. I will be doing the route again on Monday with Marita from Guide dogs; this was my idea; want to make sure I have it down pat, though we still don't have a starting date.
Wednesday morning was spent at the doctor's getting girly checkups, then nothing after that.
Yesterday I went shopping in the afo and went to the parents place for tea for dad's final night here.

monsqueek in the city for the first time. We had lunch at timeout (yes, i got her on to it :) then found a quiet place where we showed off our dogs; Just fell in love with hers!
We then went to a Cafe for a much-needed drink and then made our way home.
Didn't have dinner as I had a big lamb pizza for lunch; mmm
And that gets us up to date. Am off to Peter s' tomorrow for a club get-together.
