I've got it, I've got it, i've got it! :)
Jan. 29th, 2010 09:55 amImpressive; I have my Kaossilator that Matthew Bullis reviewed on Blind cool Tech!!! squeeeeee! :)
It literally got delivered before; I was awake but not quite out of bed.
I had a feeling the car was for me as I heard it drive into my carport, but wasn't entirely sure. but then I got a knock on the door, and I had to get up and thumbble around for my clothes, Lol! And yell I was coming about four times after a few more consecutive knocks.
I actually wondered if it would be, instead my optus dongle as the thing was moving around in the box. Anyway, so I signed their computerized notepad thinggy, went inside, took Joy out, fed her and cut the tape which was tightly wrapped around the box. It was stuffed with paper, had a bubble wrap bag with four double A batteries, manual/s and a box containing the caossilator itself!
It looks exactly as Matt described on BCT.
(Mum called) and after this, I tried to put the batteries in it and turn it on, nothing. I then put a set of batteries from my stock in and still nothing. then put headphones in and bingo; it worked! have just been playing around with it and it's exactly as it was demonstrated but literally, even better! -- duh, guess it didn't have a speaker and I'm not entirely sure now if this was mentioned or not, but don't think it was; ah well; it is sooo cool! :) I'm so thinking this is a
loscha type instrument, lol!
So yeh, me got's it! I've got to get a speaker so I can play it for the likes of this LJ!
Still haven't got me optus dongle yet which I am told would show up yesterday so got to call them today about that. :)
