"This will be a changing day in my life"

I'm echoing Dr Phil's words, but today I'm off for my first appointment at VA to get the help I seem to need to find a job! As mentioned, I hope it will be successful. I'm told that she's pretty good.
And now that I've started the process again, I'm going to get off my but and look into doing the two short courses; the cert4 in training and the teachers Aid course, just incase insight does open next year as they said they still wanted me, but we'll see. at least I'll have more qualifications to put on my resume.
I got my magnaballs yesterday; squeee! they are a lot of fun; going to take them to show monsqueak and salix_03 who I will be catching up with later on when I get to their place after my appointment.
Going to have lunch with jordina who will kindly be meeting me at the station as I haven't been to VA in kenzington before.
As it's raining slightly, I'll have to catch the bus.
I was able to walk up to gormae Girl yesterday where I met up with Peter S; then went back to his place for a while and caught the train to blackie and bought some chicken and chips before I caught the bus back home. I was pleased to get Joy out; she just looooves her work and, as mentioned before, will be so so valuable to me when I start work again.
