pastaBake -- take 2

well, I've decided to cook that yummy pastabake again i cooked two weeks ago because, damn that was nice if I may say so myself. I've been having it occasionally heated up and tonight's my last container; I swear it's sooo nice; not kidding. I'm going to make it again saturday but this time, I'll put some celery in it and maybe even some mushrooms. oh, and mustn't forget more cheese; in fact, maybe the amount the recipe says may be good, Lol.
Yes, my aim, in my improving my skills was to in fact try something new each week, but this is just too nice.
Tomorrow night we're going around to parents for dinner as dad is leaving Sunday to go back; I don't want that, neither does he though. :( sad times. he won't be back til christmas now.

I forgot to mention, I'm applying for a grant to get an ID Mate summit; squeeee! -- This will be so useful, and I'm not just saying it this time. I found out the hard way I don't like the KNFB reader; But I tried one of these things out several times, including in perth as K and A have one and it will just be so useful; no more getting labels out and recording on the penfriend which can be time consuming.
luckily I fit the criteria for a grant since I currently don't work, live alone and only have light perception. Yeah! Because it's a grant, he's not sure when exactly I'll be likely to get one but hopefully it's soon!
