are you saying you have a few enquiring minds? Lol It's a Japanese invention i believe, but we're the only other country I know of that uses them. It's like a small harness that clips around their waste, and ya clip a plastic bag to that and their poo goes straight into the bag, saving us from picking up. surprised you guys don't use them yet; you might one day; who knows.
