OK, so only the clients can auto-detect music duh!
back to Club977 - the 80's channel and bla to writing it in myself cos I don't have a client and don't feel inclined to get one just for the music update feature because I mainly prefer to write in silence anyway.
And now I go and watch Doctor Phil

Hi, just wondering. Is it all clients that can auto detect music, or only certain ones. Also, do you know how to make a client auto detect?

I don't think you can do it with all the clients. I don't have one so am not sure, but if you read the help file for thae client and/or the FAQ on livejournal, it's where i got that info from. :)
