Nov. 4th, 2004 11:42 amI don't know why but i slept in til 10.15 this morning; so unlike me! man I am so unpredictable.
and BW actually called me and said that she's free now as there's no more students so yeah. I was telling her how I'd practically gone through "read sing and play" and marvelling at how surprised I've been at meself picking things up so quickly and she seems to, I guess sound impressed with my enthusiasm. but the thing is I've kind of left the poor piano hanging for a few weeks as I dunno .. not that I went off it but just that I guess I was wondering what was going on with lessons and such. so .. guess that means that I dobbed myself in that I know all this stuff. Me thinks I'll need to revize today, though I still remember the first ever piece I learnt purely from music with both hands! I told her how excited I was when that happened Lol .. so I hope I can live up to the .. name?! yeah so am off to Burwood tomorrow.
And last night i forgot to mention that the enter key (or dot 8) on my braille note fell off and bounced somewhere on the wooden floor but me can't find it. I did find a little bit of plastic which I thought may or may not be useful again so kept it, but as for the key, who knows?! ah it's not fair. Too late to sell my braille note now me thinking. I hate hate hate my brille note, mainly cos I've never been able to afford to send it in for a hardware upgrade which means I have still got the original buggy hardware! :( It just took my foot to knock against it! :( and the back is split remember? so me not happy bout that. but I plan to take it in some form or another tomorrow. that would be better than writing everything on paper. We don't have to waste paper any more.
