Apr. 20th, 2005 11:32 amWell well last night was much greatness! :) Dave met me at Prahran station and we walked there. There was classical music playing and insense burning. about 130 were there and it was a good lecture bout concentration (which I wrote a private entry more about last night).
Afterwoods Cliff gave me a lift to the station. It was soooooo cold and it seemed I was waiting for all my trains. he and I were talking bout it all til my train came then he left. Just as I got to the platform on Richmond station a Belgrave train left, so had to wait in the damn cold for bout 20 more mins.
Was talking to this lovely asian woman who loved Heartly (and I was kinda surprised since their culture aren't use to guide dogs) but she was saying that she had a lab at home. She also asked me if I had anyone picking me up from the station and when I said "idealy my parents would like me to ring them ..." bla bla she kept insisting I call them!
I'd gotten the lecture again from Mum yesterday and I wasn't gunna call them but then I ended up doing so. So i liked this woman. I could understand her totally. she did have a strong accent but the way she kept saying "heartly how are you?" was soo cute! So I guess that needed to ungeneralize my frustration about all Asians being non-understandable.
So Dad picked me up from Mitcham station and drove me back here! Man was sooo cold! could not get warm for the life of me! but I went to bed with my lecky on, woke up too hot and with sinus issues which led to my headache again this morning. but just had some good old nurifen cos it didn't seem like it wanted to clear by itself as sometimes they do after i get up.
Didn't sleep too well last night. don't know why. It was as if I was anxious bout the class but I totally wasn't. maybe it had something to do with what we're doing dunno!
Yesterday I downloaded Chicken Run! I saw that with A (think it was) in the movies and found it extremely visual though the chicks sounded cute! but having it audio described made it much much more enjoyable and i still haven't finished it Lol! cos I was listening to it from an hour before I had to leave yesterday but wasn't finished. then last night when I couldn't sleep, got up, turned the puter on and started over again. though I drifted off bout half way through and when I woke up it was finished Lol! so will have to listen again! haha also downloaded the third Harry Potter DVS! still haven't heard it all yet but I nnever ever read from halfway through onwards in the books! don't think a lot of it but I do love the magical-Enid Blyton type immitations! :)
I will try and do some home workable exercises every day/night. Also Nan is going to help me figure out where it is from the station. Dave is really supportive bout meeting me or having someone else come but wanna try and be as independent as I can!
anyway my hands are frozen and typing with my headache is something i'm not enjoying, so
