11 days til US! :)
Jun. 14th, 2005 09:17 amI haven't written in here for a while. kind of been extra busy but I will write a detailed entry later. As it stands now my left side of my neck really really freakin hurts! (where I put it on the side and now the muscles are all sooo damn tense, and if I get arthritus in it now, I will surely ... *grr .. I dunno!) they said I'd have probs "later in life" but damn! "later" is not what I wished to be now! *grr .. sounds stupid but true! I definitely think in all honesty my motto is quality of life, not quantity! anyway .. yeah and that!
Just to quickly recap for now! I can't believe it's only 11 days til my trip-eve! :) exciting stuff! Yesterday was queens birthday public holiday and JH came over for the day. Twas awesome to catch up with her, properly before i leave! Went to the concert Sunday and met up with JH, ST, AN and MC at station, then we went to Prahran and they all rehearsed while amy and I had lunch in the expensive restaurant next door Lol! twas nice to catch up again though! :) I'll take her out when i get back as I didn't go saturday.
Then Mat's coming next sunday. am going indoor rock climbing with the gang Saturday, but if my neck is still like this, i won't be doing anything, but i'd still go to observe. Hairdresser Mother is coming over to cut my hair today, and she'll also be helping me sort out my packing thing. have never had to pack for such a long time before Lol!
Been speakin to DW a bit on skype, and he introduced me to his friend Daz P Sunday (who I had heard a bit about :) he told me to pass a message on to Lauren which I did and she screamed and threatened to kill him Lol! I told her "don't shoot the messenger" but now I am still confused who the messenger actually is. is it Darren or me? I mean I guess now I think bout it, that's where that saying originates, hence I am the messenger! Lol he would be .. the messengee! nah, isn't that Lauren?! I dunno I'm all confused! My neck is absolutely killing me. I can't twist it very far! I hope it's temporary for now - think I've had this before.
Oh also I saw Gail S on Sunday (among other people) we're going to catch up when I come back from US! will be so much fun after all this time! Have fond memories of having her at RVIB.
OK well I must go! I am gonna bung the heater up and have some breakfast.
