doubles

interesting thing happening here. Well this morning this big puter wouldn't boot up again. And dad came to pick up his PDA (as I'd noticed he'd accidently left it here last night) eventually got it going again, and was going to reload XP on to this but then my D drive automatically decided to show up in "my computer". (for some reason my original 14.4 gig drive I use only as the secondary one now) shows up only when it feels like it. so I'm now copying my albums over from that drive to the other puter.
and I am on msn and noticing that my sounds are in double. When I click web pages, when someone signs on, it's all now double double echo echo! Lol so this sound card thing is screwed! Lol
so Dad's gunna prob come back after work and reload XP when this has copied.
but think this poor little puter is on its way out! it's six years old; don't blame it I guess! it's old in puter years! Lol
OK so we know that every year is seven in animal years. wonder if someone has worked out the same for puters? Lol
