updated bio

Well, this was quite long overdue, but I finally modified my bio to reflect changes that have gone on in my life. The last time I'd updated it was March last year, so I thought it was about time.
I didn't change much as I find I use pretty much the same template kinda info, but just obviously modified figures here and there, and maybe adding and/or subtracting a word or too.
