Heartly at vet

My poor Heartly is now at the vet's. I took her there a bit after 7.30 whith no breakfast as required. As usual, she didn't want to go in, but this time, she tried to full on take off from the steps. I had assured her that this needs to happen otherwise she'll get sick.
Then I had to cane it back. The cane makes me feel so un-co now; I hate it!
And this is Heartly's final working week; poor darling. :(
I'll get a call at lunch time to let me know how she is if I can't wait and call before hand.
Good news is that I've been able to reschedule the neighbours tour for Friday afo!
And, I've been invited, among other places to John M's tomorrow for cup day, so providing my Heartly will be well enough, we'll go. She'll be on pain meds, so she should be OK; Poor baby. :(
