update (gee, what an original subject :)

rdfreakI thought I should write in here before I get started with some study of mine.
OK well I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon. It's a followup of when I had that procedure done where my reflux was diagnosed (as a small hernia) but today I will have to ask him about my not being able to consume milk products as I forgot to do that last time and he failed to mention it.
After that Heartly has her appointment at the vets as she is slightly overdue for her anual vaccinations.
Yesterday didn't do much. I set out to do some study. I was of course on the LJ site and I subscribed to the "unsent letters".
it's a very good idea I think. The majority of people are sensible and use it for its proper use - some though, as you'd expect really, abuse it a little.
Monday night I sent an informative letter. email is great! Imagine if it weren't existing; snailmail would just be sooooo annoying. Needless to say, I think it's a proven fact here that the service has decreased bigtime in the number of users.
Saturday night I went to L's party (and guess what? I mentioned his name in the previous one - aaaaah sorry :( it was a great get together. I came home about 10.30
Then sunday J came over at about 2.30. we had a late lunch and early tea before walking to the station to catch a train into flinders to catch a Vline to where our friend B2 lives. A few of us were there, having pizza for tea and staying up til all hours.
Monday we went to the uni to be subjects in a research project on drawing. How we as blindies preferr to look at our drawings. anyway, the thing we found is that blindies who have had no previous site find it vertually impossible to determine any sort of presentation. gee, I thought I was the only one! One of them was able to though as he'd had site in the past.
At least now I can stop thinking I'm just really stupid or something!
then we travelled back that evening (Monday)
and that brings you up to date.
I am sooo tired!
