1. How come, over the past two weeks, the cursing beeps (in the BigBrother daily show) have changed to a fifth octive E flat, while the ones for the noms and eviction shows have remained the same as before (and what seems to be the standard for everything else - the fifth octive B (etc)?
2. How come some losing idiots at Fed square last night, upon finding out Australia lost the soccer against Italy, threw bottles at the TV screens? duh!
3. How come I preferr to consume microwaved warm melted cadbury chocolate to just plain out-of-the-wrapper" solid cadbury chocolate?
4. How come no blindy has filed a discrimination complaint against bored.com for having so many urls that we can't participate in cos of their visual factors? (this came to me while I was bored before. all the games I went too were "addictive" and "could be played by anybody" but .. alas ... "follow the red dot".
Just curious!
Bonus:
How come BigBrother adults only was taken off to be replaced by a raunchy Simpsons? The sounds of Mardge getting off just leaves one in the mood for BigBrother uplate, I'm sure!
Til Next Time, RdFreak
::Edit:: It was two hours later that I decided to add the word "microwaved" before "warm cadbury chocolate" as some minds would just go for a rise otherwise! *grrrr

beeps and pitches

I know I posted this in my own LJ months ago, but didn't get a bite. Now, I will not claim perfect pitch, but I am always aware of the pitches of things. You ever notice that the tone-generating chips in a lot of things generate either a B or maybe a C? Can't tell you which octave, although it's a high one, but I find it interesting. It could be that the 1 kilohertz tone is a B, so most computerized chips can be easily programmed to generate that tone or perhaps something an octave above it. Sometimes you get an F. I've heard some AT&T cordless phones whose rings seem to be based on an F.
